[Review] The High Sierra Olmsted Clybourn Tote

I love the Olmsted Collection by High Sierra as they’ve not only created extremely functional pieces, they have made them very stylish too! The Clybourn Tote is the perfect tote to have whether you need something for work, around town, traveling, or fitness. It’s not your average tote, as I feel like it is larger and better in the fact that it zips closed.

I continue to be amazed with all that I can fit in the Clybourn Tote. I’m not good at packing and usually take way too much. I could actually use this as a weekend bag if I was traveling out of town and it’d fit everything I would need. There aren’t a lot of totes out there that I could say the same.

Currently, we are traveling in the RV and I’ve used the Clybourn tote for a lot of things but most importantly, its our hot springs/aquatic center bag. It fits all of my shower things, two large beach towels, and swimsuits without a question. I wouldn’t be as big of a fan of the tote if it didn’t have a zip closure and so I really love that High Sierra decided to add this in.

If you’re using the Clybourn for work, there are a few pockets both inside and out that help with organization. There’s a padded tablet sleeve and dual neoprene tech organizer pockets. On the outside, you have a hidden pocket and two side-access panel pockets. The panel pockets on the side are perfect for water bottles or beverages.

One downfall I’ve found with the tote is when I have it packed to the brim, I find it hard to carry on my shoulder. I can put it on my shoulder but I have to hold it with one hand while I walk so it doesn’t fall off. When it’s not as full, I don’t have the issue but if you are always putting a ton in it, this could be something that you would find annoying.
